Rincon de Los Esteros is a 246-unit affordable housing development in north San Jose near Highway 880 and Brokaw Road. The property is located on the transit line and each resident receives a free Eco Pass that provides free public transportation throughout Santa Clara County on the Bus and Light Rail. The apartment complex is comprised of 8 buildings surrounding open spaces and landscaping with: a playground, BBQ area, solar-heated pool, and parking. There is an additional building that holds the on-site management, computer lab, and community room with kitchen, restrooms, library, resident services, fireplace and lounge.
