First Community Housing has built a 35 unit transit-oriented family apartment complex (efficiencies, two- and three-bedrooms) that will remain at affordable rents for a period of 55 years. Thirteen of the units have been set aside for residents with developmental disabilities.
OJK Architecture and Planning, AIA is an award-winning architectural firm that designed this mixed-use building to enhance the existing neighborhood. The building includes a 7-Eleven and an additional small retail store with on-site parking for residents, retail customers, and visitors.
