FCH was founded in 1986 by David Neale
and John Brezzo, both successful Developers in San Jose,
and since that time has developed housing for over 1000
households with another 600 units in development. Our
incorporation of green building materials has been featured
in numerous green building journals as well as the AIA
Memo and Global Green USA Case Study.

As a 501 [c] [3] non-profit, public benefit developer,
First Community Housing is committed to building high
quality, sustainable, affordable housing and passing
energy savings along to our tenants. We locate our
developments adjacent to transit corridors and provide
free "Eco Passes" to all our tenants. These
passes allow for free bus and light rail use throughout
Santa Clara County.
