Housing website! We design, develop and manage
affordable housing. Each of our developments is
specifically designed to compliment its unique
neighborhood context. The purpose of this website
is to introduce you to a few of our properties
and to highlight our commitment to good design,
incorporation of green building materials and
long term sustainability.
FCH is an award-winning, non-profit, housing development
firm located in San Jose, California. Our developments
have won recognition for architectural design
and sustainability, as well as excellence in property
and asset management. We are a recipient of the
State of California, 2003 "Flex Your Power"
Energy Efficiency Award for implementation of
"innovative energy saving programs."
