FCH is an award-winning, non-profit, housing development firm located in San Jose, California. Our developments have won recognition for architectural design and sustainability, as well as excellence in property and asset management. We are a recipient of the State of California, 2003 “Flex Your Power” Energy Efficiency Award for implementation of “innovative energy saving programs.”
Gish Apartments is the first multi-family housing development in California to earn LEED for HOMES Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building council and LEED NC Gold.
